Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

We deliver within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Deliveries outside the European Union are not available through this online shop. For deliveries to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway or the United Kingdom, please contact us at hello@cozydunes.com. We will be happy to prepare an individual quote. Any customs duties and import taxes incurred in the country of destination are payable by the customer.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany)

Shipping costs within Germany are 6.00 EUR for orders with a value below 80.00 EUR, and 12.00 EUR for orders with a value of 80.00 EUR or more. Free shipping is not offered. The prices stated are total prices and include statutory VAT.

Deliveries to other countries

For deliveries to the member states of the European Union listed above, shipping costs are 34.50 EUR per order. Free shipping is not offered. The prices stated are total prices and include statutory VAT.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods within Germany shall be made within 5 – 10 working days, and deliveries abroad within 7 – 14 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment is agreed, from the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
