Within Germany the shipping costs are 6.00 EUR for orders with a value below 80.00 EUR, and 12.00 EUR for orders with a value of 80.00 EUR or more. For deliveries to the other member states of the European Union the shipping costs are 34.50 EUR per order. Free shipping is not offered. All prices are total prices and include statutory VAT. Our online shop delivers within the European Union only. For deliveries to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway or the United Kingdom, please write to hello@cozydunes.com and we will prepare an individual quote for you. Please note that customs duties and import taxes charged in the country of destination are payable by the customer.

The delivery time for products which are on stock usually takes 5-10 workdays. The shipping time for Custom made products varies so please feel free to contact us directly. 

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. You can declare your withdrawal by email to hello@cozydunes.com or by using the withdrawal button that is available on every page of this shop. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. All Cozydunes products have a removable cover that can be washed or cleaned.
